OVERVIEW:
A training plan for rock climbers oriented towards building foundations in overall climbing strength. This guide is an accumulation of knowledge I’ve learned through my 13 years of competition climbing and counting. There’s a lot of thought that was put into the organization of this plan, and it’s one I use often.
I feel best on the wall when my full body is kept at a higher level of strength. It allows me to feel more confident and capable through difficult movements and tension on climbs. My body becomes a vessel that is strong enough to withstand higher levels of the technical practice of my climbing.
